Chat for free real help
FreeNo cost to chat — get basic guidance and a preliminary price estimate
Chatting is always free, even if we can't help. Any estimate is a ballpark based on what you share here, not a locked-in price — final pricing is confirmed by Snowden IT Services.
This chat is an automated AI assistant, not a human technician. Estimates are preliminary and general in nature — never share passwords, codes, or payment details here.
Services are provided by appointment and based on availability. Snowden IT Services LLC is operated alongside full-time employment, so same-day service and immediate response cannot be guaranteed.

I started Snowden IT Services, based right here in Kentucky, because I saw too many small businesses getting ignored by big Managed Service Providers. You don't need a ticketing system that takes 3 days to respond.
I'm your neighborhood IT guy — for the office and for home. Honest advice, fair hourly rates, and real explanations. If I don't know the answer, I'll tell you — and then I'll figure it out.
Fair warning: I do this part-time, so my response time is part-time too. Full attention on your problem once I'm on it — just maybe not the same minute you email me.

Snowden IT Services LLC is an availability-based IT service operated alongside full-time employment. Remote support is generally easier to schedule and may be available sooner than an on-site visit. On-site appointments must be arranged in advance and depend on location, travel time, and current availability. This service model is intended for customers who need flexible, project-based, or occasional IT assistance without paying a monthly retainer. It is not intended for organizations that require guaranteed response times, 24/7 coverage, continuous monitoring, or immediate on-site support.
Remote support may offer greater scheduling flexibility, but availability and response times are not guaranteed.
On-site visits are scheduled in advance based on availability, service location, travel requirements, and the type of work requested.
Submitting an urgent request does not guarantee immediate assistance, same-day service, or after-hours availability.
If you submit a request and I don't believe my services, part-time availability, or technical scope are the right fit for your specific issue, I will let you know that immediately up front. I'm here to solve problems, not waste your time or money. If your situation requires an enterprise-level team or immediate 24/7 emergency coverage, I will gladly tell you so you can find the right provider right away.
This service is best suited for small businesses needing occasional troubleshooting, project assistance, scheduled maintenance, hardware work, or supplemental IT support. It does not include guaranteed response times, continuous monitoring, or dedicated managed-service coverage.
Based in Lancaster, KY. On-site service is strictly limited to our immediate approved area (Danville and Nicholasville), while remote support is available anywhere throughout the state of Kentucky.
Part-time, response-based availability. Because this service is operated alongside full-time employment, scheduling and response times depend entirely on current availability. When you submit a request, we will review it and provide an available time frame as soon as possible.
Email is the fastest way to reach us. To keep operations streamlined and focused, we do not provide phone support at this stage — please submit an inquiry or email snowdenitservices@gmail.com to get started.
Snowden IT Services LLC is officially registered and licensed as a limited liability company within the state of Kentucky.
Service is provided based on availability and same-day assistance cannot be guaranteed. Remote requests may be easier to arrange than on-site visits. On-site appointments must be planned in advance. Urgent and after-hours requests may be considered at a higher rate, but acceptance and response time are not guaranteed.
Snowden IT Services LLC provides flexible, project-based, and occasional IT assistance rather than reserved support coverage. Work is accepted and scheduled as availability allows. This lets customers request help without committing to a monthly contract, but it does not include guaranteed response times, continuous monitoring, or priority scheduling.
No. We don't guarantee same-day, overnight, or emergency response. If you mark a request as after-hours or urgent, we'll do our best to get to it as soon as our availability allows, but there's no guaranteed response window.
Many issues can be resolved remotely, which is often faster to schedule than an on-site visit. Let us know in your request whether remote support works for you, and we'll recommend the best option.
